Dr. He received her MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and trained in emergency medicine at St. Luke's-Roosevelt, where she served as Chief Resident. Prior to entering medicine, Dr. He was a Teach for America corps member, teaching middle school science and mathematics in the Bronx. During that time, she obtained her Master of Science in Teaching degree from Fordham University. Since graduating from residency, Dr. He has stayed at Morningside-West. She was a Co-Director of the medical student clerkship before becoming the assistant program director of the residency program in 2015 and the program director in 2018.

Dr. Hahn received his MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and trained in emergency medicine at Highland Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. Prior to entering medicine, Dr. Hahn was a hip-hop artist and during his residency, he combined his passions for music and medical education and created The EMC, a free open access website designed to entertain and teach topics in emergency medicine. He is an ACEP lecturer and has been invited to perform and/or speak at conferences such as Essentials of EM and SMACC . He joined the Morningside-West family after residency and was a co-director of the medical student clerkship before becoming the assistant program director of the residency program in 2017 and associate program director in 2019.

Dr. Beck-Esmay received her MD from the University of Minnesota and trained in emergency medicine at New York University-Bellevue, where she served as Chief Resident. She is passionate about emergency medicine education and the FOAM movement and is proud to have contributed content to numerous FOAM resources.  She is Editor-In-Chief of FemInEM, Associate Editor of R.E.B.E.L. EM, a contributor to EM:RAP and UC:RAP, and has spoken nationally and internationally at conferences including SMACC, EEM, FIX and Rebellion in EM. She came to MW after residency as co-director of the medical student clerkship before becoming the assistant program director of the residency program in 2018.

Dr. Richardson received his MD from Stony Brook University School of Medicine and trained in emergency medicine at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where was the resident clerkship director for the EM sub-internship and the transition to residency course. Prior to entering medicine, Dr. Richardson was a Teach for America corps member, teaching high school physical sciences in the Bronx. Following residency, Dr. Richardson completed a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital before joining the faculty at Mount Sinai Morningside-West in 2018, where he served as co-director of the medical student clerkship before becoming assistant program director of the residency in 2023. He practices clinically in the ED as well as the palliative medicine consult service and is the physician lead for the geriatric emergency medicine program at Morningside-West. His academic interests center on training emergency physicians to provide compassionate, value-concordant care to older adults and those with serious illness.
